About
I began with a degree in Computer Programming and continued along the way through hands-on experience in different IT support roles.
My path
I graduated from General Ali Rıza Ersin Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in 2019, then completed a degree in Computer Programming at Doğuş University in 2023.
Across IT support roles, I worked with computer and mobile device setup, installation, maintenance, software deployment, inventory, and asset tracking. I also supported networks, Active Directory, file servers, antivirus, and email systems. In restaurant software support, I handled requests, reporting, service follow-up, and remote assistance.
How I work
I approach support by considering technical details alongside the person’s needs. I value a clear, orderly process from logging a request through to following up on its resolution.
